  • IFA Seller Due Diligence - This will usually take 6-8 weeks and includes the time taken to draw up the IFA share sale (or asset sale) agreements and the disclosure letter. The IFA purchaser will review all the information and confirm that the information we provided in our IM is accurate. A completion date for the IFA seller is agreed and worked towards.
  • IFA Seller Completion - On completion date the IFA seller will transfer funds to the acquirer solicitor who will take their costs, pay fees and any additional costs incurred in the IFA sale.
